Swiss Tourism Awards


The Swiss Tourism Awards are tourist recognitions that are assigned every year during the Swiss International Holiday Exhibition, the prestigious tourism fair organized by PromAx Communication SA and that takes place from year 2003 by the Centro Esposizioni in Lugano. This Event, climax of the tourism week of Lugano, is reaching, year after year, more and more success.

The main aim of these recognitions is to promote high level tourism, to protect and set countries’ natural and cultural heritage off, to encourage competitiveness and excellence in standards of service and to present to the Swiss public destinations that distinguish themselves for special merits and are worthy of being represented and hosted in Lugano.
